出于人道原因需要紧急入境，应邀入境从事紧急商务、工程抢修或者具有其他紧急入境需要并持有有关主管部门同意在口岸申办签证的证明材料的外国人，可以在口岸签证机关申请办理口岸签证。目前，团体旅游签证暂未恢复。

Foreigners who enter China for emergency can apply for a visa at the visaoffice which entrusted by the Ministry of Public Security in the airport whereapproved by the State Council. (such as: Humanitarian reasons, Urgent business,Rush technical maintenance, Other emergency). Documents of approval for visaapplication from relevant authorities must be submitted. Now,Group tourist visaapplication has not returned to normal yet.
